It is important to consider the truthfulness of the facts observed and the comments reported so that they are not considered defamatory and thus avoid being subject to disciplinary measures or other criminal proceedings.
For your information, the conditions of admissibility of the report are the following:
- Is the whistleblower a natural person?
- Are the reported facts contrary to the law, the regulations, the general interest, or the Group's anti-corruption code of conduct?
- Is the whistleblower acting in good faith?
- Did the whistleblower obtain the information in the course of his/her professional activities?
- If so, is he/she acting without financial consideration?
- If not, did the whistleblower have personal knowledge of the facts reported?
While maintaining strict confidentiality, all alerts will undergo a thorough and in-depth investigation and internal audit.
